Membership Agreement

Upon joining the Exchanges WorldWide Members Club (non-paying or paying), the member agrees to abide by the following terms and conditions:

The Member will:

  1. Correctly identify themselves on membership records and amend records promptly as necessary.
  1. Accurately and correctly describe the exchange unit and its surrounding location and features and display an unaltered or unmodified picture of the exchange.
  1. Confirm their property title, either under ownership, lease, timeshare or co-ownership rights within the property register. The member will offer, if required, a third party reference in respect of the exchange property.
  1. Indicate any on site charges, fees, etc which may have to be paid by the other party as a result of the exchange.
  1. Not provide other members’ details to any third party for commercial use or gain.

The initial contact between members shall be by e-mail.

Any member found to be using the exchangesworldwide.com website for any purpose considered by Exchanges WorldWide to be of an illegal, defamatory or offensive nature shall have their membership terminated immediately and will forfeit any membership fees paid.

Exchanges WorldWide will:

  1. Act as a listing service only, and in no way itself performs any activity to trade, sell, purchase or rent any properties listed with Exchanges WorldWide.
  1. Make no guarantee as to the legitimacy of the information provided and then listed with Exchanges WorldWide, nor does it assume any responsibility or liability for any act, error, omission, injury, loss, accident, delay or neglect or default of any person providing any service for accommodation or due to any cause whatsoever occurring during the stay. Use of the exchangesworldwide.com website is at member’s sole risk.
  1. Not be liable for any dissatisfaction of any parties through property trades, sales, purchases or rentals as a result of information obtained through Exchanges WorldWide. It is the obligation of parties that obtained information through Exchanges WorldWide to verify the authenticity of such information with the party that has advertised such property(ties) through Exchanges WorldWide.
  1. Not provide members’ address, e-mail or telephone details to any third party for commercial use.

Exchanges WorldWide reserves the right to amend this membership agreement. This agreement is governed by English Law.
