Forgotten Your Password?

 


It happens - don't worry. Here's what to do:

1.The first thing to do is check your e-mail account. On the day that you joined EWW as a member, you were sent an e-mail that confirmed your User ID and your password. Assuming that you haven't deleted that e-mail, that's the solution to your problem.

2. If you don't know your password but you do know your User ID, we can solve this quickly. Enter your User ID in the box below and click submit.

We'll get the database to dig your e-mail address out, and we'll send you an e-mail confirming your User ID and password (again). The e-mail is automatically generated, and should arrive within minutes.

3. Finally, if you are REALLY stuck, e-mail us at info@exchangesworldwide.com and we'll sort it out for you.
